Unfortunately it seems that this revolutionary proposal has been held back due to bureaucratic red tape. Further investigations have not revealed the exact time frame in which this proposal will fructify.

Through a few well placed taps, it has come to our notice that a hurried amendment to SAC constitution was attempted before this year's General Elections. The current election system still allowed for perfect ties, the new ammendments were to allow for a fair resolution of such situations. According to the new rules in case of a perfect tie, Rakhi Sawant would cast the deciding vote.
A few objections were raised on account of Rakhi Sawant not being a member of the student community. However an amicable conclusion was reached when it was explained to everyone that this would be the only way to fairly resolve the tie, "Kyunki Usne Duniya Dekhi Hain"

Despite repeated attempts to contact her, Rakhi Sawant was unavailable for comment.
